Help Desk: 410-996-1160Frequently asked questions:What are my logon credentials for AESOP call system? · The Logon ID for all users is their 10 digit telephone number. If there are two or more employees/substitutes in the same family, the same phone number is used, but is differentiated by using an individual PIN. · All users PIN’s are the last four digits of their social security number. What do I have to do when I log onto AESOP for the first time? · Employees MUST call the system and record their name. This enables substitutes to hear who they’re substituting for and administrators to hear who is absent. · Substitutes MUST call the system and record their name. LONG TERM SUBSTITUTES: A substitute must be in a position 15 days or longer to qualify as a long-term. When you are a long term substitute you are in the system two ways as a substitute and as an employee. When you are listed as an employee, you have the option of calling in an absence and getting a substitute for your long term position. You will receive a CCPS email address and have a computer log-on. Secondary long term substitutes will also be responsible for entering grades in GO! (Grades Online).
