What are my logon credentials for AESOP call system?
- The Logon ID for all users is their 10 digit telephone number. If there are two or more employees/substitutes in the same family, the same phone number is used, but is differentiated by using an individual PIN.
- All users PIN’s are defaulted to the last four digits of their social security number. All users can change their PIN at any time.
What do I have to do when I log onto AESOP for the first time?
- Please call the AESOP system and record your name. This enables substitutes to hear who they’re substituting for and administrators to hear who is absent. AESOP uses text to voice software that will automatically record your name in a 'computer voice'. If that sounds OK to you, you may leave it that way, or re-record in order for your name to be pronounced correctly.
